    Delegate Manchin moves to amend the bill as follows:

    On page sixty-nine, section nineteen, line twenty-four, immediately following the word “article” by inserting the phrase “is guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction thereof,” ;

    AND

    On page sixty-nine, section nineteen, line twenty-four, immediately following the word “$10,000” by inserting a comma, followed by the phrase “or confined in a regional jail not more than six months, or both fined and confined”, followed by a period.
